Minimum Order Bubble Inflatables does not have a minimum order amount for dropship distributors. |
Dropship Fee Bubble Inflatables charges a $2.50 dropship fee per order/shipment. We do not charge this per package just per order placed with us. |
Inventory Bubble Inflatables inventory is subject to change without notice. Items stock and inventory levels change dynamically. We cannot guarantee inventory or restock dates. |
Shipping Bubble Inflatables ships F.O.B. via common carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) from Bozeman, MT. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses. We will not ship using any dropship distributors shipping account. We package and ship orders 24/7, 365 day a year. Orders placed by 2:00 PM MDT usually ship the same day. Once orders are placed they are usually processed and packaged immediately. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy below for more information on canceling orders. You agree to inquire about all shipping matters directly with Bubble Inflatables. You will not allow your customer to contact us directly about any shipping matters. We suggest all packages ship with a signature service. This is a free service and is defaulted on the order form. Signature services guarantee someone signs for the package so we know it has been delivered to an actual person and not just left at the customers door. This dramatically cuts down on lost, stolen and misdelivered packages. Bubble Inflatables will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages shipped without a signature service. If you opt to waive signature service upon checkout and your customer claims a package is lost, stolen or misdelivered we will file a claim with the carrier upon your behalf. Claims can take 10-14 business days. If the claim is honored by the carrier we will ship your customer another item(s) at no additional charge or we will issue you a refund for the price of the item. We will not issue you a refund for shipping charges. If the claim is declined by the carrier Bubble Inflatables will not replace any item(s) or issue any refunds. You will be responsible for handling the situation with your customer from there. Bubble Inflatables ships internationally. We only ship International Air Economy and Priority. These services are broker inclusive. Upon arrival you customer will have to pay duties and taxes. With these services your customer will not receive the item(s) unless they first pay these fees. If your customer refuses to pay these fees the item(s) will be returned to us at your cost. If you submit an order for international shipment you agree to pay for all duties, taxes, fees and return shipping your customer refuses to pay. |
Order Tracking Our common carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) will send tracking information for each and every order you submit directly to the email address we have on file for your company. The carrier will also send tracking information directly to your customer if you provide their email address upon checkout. We process and package orders 24/7, 365 days a year. We have multiple package pickups throughout the day. Once a package(s) arrives at the sort facility and is scanned by the carrier the tracking information will be updated. Updates usually occur by 8:00 PM MDT on business days only. |
Warranty Bubble Inflatables does not provide a warranty on our products to your customer. We do however provide you with a 3% defective allowance on each order. This is the exact same defective allowance we provide all retailers large and small. You are responsible for providing a warranty (if any) on the items you distribute from Bubble Inflatables. This means if a customer buys directly from you they are bound by your warranty policy. This allows you to keep your warranty policy congruent. We will not warranty any items sold by you to your customers. Bubble Inflatables provides all dropship distributors with a defective allowance of 3% of the order total. This defective allowance is provided to cover any defective items you might receive. Bubble Inflatables products are inflate tested for 24 hours before packaging. This process is very effective in detecting any type of manufacturer's defect. Even though we inflate test and have made multiple design improvements throughout the years there is still the chance of a defective item making it into the marketplace. This is why we provide a 3% defective allowance. We suggest only providing warranty (if any) on seam splits. Abrasions, cuts, tears or punctures are not defects and should not be honored. We would be happy to assist you, the dropship account, in determining if an item is defective or not. We also suggest getting pictures from your customer so you can make a visual decision. If a customer is unable to send you good pictures of claimed defects we suggest you have them send it in to you facility for testing. These are just suggestions. The warranty (if any) you provide should be determined by you. |
Returns/Package Refusals/Refunds To return an item you must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (see Obtaining A Return Authorization below). Bubble Inflatables is not responsible for return shipping charges on any returned items. Please read the Return Information Below... Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt (for example if your customer received their item(s) on August 1st they have 30 days from that date to get the item back to us - therefore the item must be back in our possession (proof of shipment required) by August 31st). All returns must be sent freight pre-paid at the sender's expense. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition, including the original packaging, contents and the original receipt/invoice/packing slip issued by Bubble Inflatables. This means that the item(s) cannot be opened, used, tried out or inflated and then returned. Bubble Inflatables provides pictures, descriptions and approximate measurements so your customer can make an informed buying decision. If your customer gets an item(s) and opens it, use it or just trys it out and decide they don't like it, it CAN NOT be returned - IT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING SO IT CAN BE RESTOCKED TO OUR INVENTORY!!! All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. If merchandise is deemed to not be in resalable condition we will contact you and inform you so you can correspond with your customer to figure out what they would like to do with their merchandise. Items returned that are not in resalable condition will be discarded or returned to your customer at your expense. IF WE CANNOT RESELL IT WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY! Their is a 20% Restocking Fee On All Returned Merchandise! Bubble Inflatables is not responsible for return shipping charges. We do not, under any circumstance, refund the initial shipping charges. We are charged to ship the item to your customer. Once the item is shipped we can not recover those funds. If you return an you must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (see Obtaining A Return Authorization below). A credit will be issued to your account upon approval of returned merchandise, however we will not issue credit for any unpaid merchandise. This credit may take up to 30 business days to appear on your credit card. We will not issue a credit for shipping charges incurred during the purchase. We will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged during shipment. Bubble Inflatables will not accept returns of products damaged as a result of misuse or neglect. Customers may want to insure the package, as Bubble Inflatables will not be held be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If your customer refuses a shipment or issues a delivery call tag return on a package(s) and has it returned back to us you will be charged for the return shipping, the call tag or both before we issue your partial refund according to our refund policy, if your return is accepted. A call tag is contacting a delivery carrier and having them pick up the package at your residence and return it to us. Call tags cost an additional $10.00. Refusing a package is telling the carrier to "Return To Sender". You will be charged for return shipping back to us (This charge is usually taken out of your return, if accepted). To return any item you must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (see Obtaining A Return Authorization below). Bubble Inflatables is not responsible for return shipping charges. |
Obtaining A Return Authorization You must get a Return Authorization from Bubble Inflatables to return any item(s) to us, this includes all returned merchandise. If items are returned to Bubble Inflatables without authorization they will be rejected. Bubble Inflatables is not responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. We do not, under any circumstance, refund the initial shipping charges. We are charged to ship the item to you. Once the item is shipped we cannot recover those funds. Order Errors & Changes Shipping error costs will be charged to you in all cases except those that occur as a direct result of our processing procedures. Shipping errors include shipment refusals, incorrect address, address changes, order changes and failed delivery attempts. Charges incurred from shipping mistakes include return postage/freight costs, $10.00 per address change/correction, costs for refused shipments, costs for lost shipments and any costs for reshipment. If an item is returned to us for any reason previously stated you will be charged following Returns/Refusals/Refunds above. Changes can only be made if your order has not been picked up by our delivery carrier. Any changes after an order has been placed will result in a $10.00 change fee. This includes all changes and cancellations. We provide an Order Review page before your final order submission to prevent and give you the opportunity to correct errors. Our orders are processed 24/7, 365 days a year. If your address or information is entered incorrectly you are responsible for any charges. |
Canceled Orders In an effort to get items to our customers as quickly as possible Bubble Inflatables processes orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders are usually shipped the same business day (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - excluding National Holidays). Items are picked up by our delivery carriers multiple times each business day. If an order is canceled after it has been processed (meaning the label has been printed, it has been boxed and is on a shipping dock waiting for a delivery carrier) Bubble Inflatables will only issue a partial refund. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted for all canceled orders that are refunded to a customer after being processed. If an item has already been shipped the order cannot be canceled. You will have to return the item to us following our Returns/Refusals/Refunds above. If an order has not been packed/processed for shipment we will not charge you a 20% restocking fee. All order cancellations & changes that have not been processed will result in a $10.00 order change fee as described above. |
Shipment Delays All Bubble Inflatables customers agree not to hold Bubble Inflatables liable for delays in ground or express shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping provider delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Bubble Inflatables direct control. Ground service delivery times are never guaranteed and all customers agree to never hold Bubble Inflatables liable for any shipping delays, exemptions, or rescheduled deliveries. Bubble Inflatables shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our shipping providers. Bubble Inflatables will always act to make sure that any distribution difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Bubble Inflatables be liable for any consequential damages or direct damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. |
Lost/Stolen/Misdelivered Packages & Claims Please track your package(s) before you contact Bubble Inflatables about a lost, stolen or misdelivered package(s) When your item is shipped you are emailed the tracking information. If this information is not in your "in box" please check your "SPAM or Bulk Email" folder. Sometimes our delivery carrier will hide packages at the delivery location so they are not visible to the public; please check around your entire location if the delivery carrier's tracking information says your package(s) has been delivered. If our delivery carrier claims that your package(s) has been delivered and you do not have your package(s); meaning it has been lost, stolen or misdelivered you need to contact Bubble Inflatables via email (support@bubbleinflatables.com) so we can try to locate the package(s). Please provide us with your complete contact information and order number. Once you have contacted Bubble Inflatables you agree to allow us 10 business days (M-F not including holidays) to contact our delivery carrier and locate your package. If your package can not be located we will file a "service failure claim" with our delivery carrier on your behalf. At this time Bubble Inflatables will, in good faith, issue you a full refund for your purchase or reship the item. By issuing this good faith refund, we only ask that you assist us in the claim process. You may have to answer a few questions or fill out a short form from our delivery carrier so we can recover our losses. If, for some reason, our delivery carrier can prove that this claim is fraudulent you will be billed accordingly. |
