When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00PM MDT are usually shipped the same day. You will receive tracking information via email. Orders can be delayed if your credit card is not approved or if we are unable to reach you to confirm any order details.

 

When will I receive my order?

You will recieve your order depending on the type of shipping you selected during checkout. Please note that delivery is only available on business days or weekdays. Weekend days do not count toward shipping transit days.

How can I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to check your junk mail folder if you do not see this information in your inbox. You can also login to your account to obtain your tracking information. If you are still unable to locate this information please feel free to contact us. 

 

What happens if my package is lost/stolen/misdelivered?

If our delivery carrier claims that your package(s) has been delivered and you do not have your package(s); meaning it has been lost, stolen or misdelivered please contact us.  Please provide us with your complete contact information and order number. Once you have contacted us you agree to allow us 10 business days (M-F not including holidays) to contact our delivery carrier and locate your package.

If your package can not be located we will file a "service failure claim" with our delivery carrier on your behalf. At this time we will, in good faith, issue you a full refund for your purchase or reship the item. By issuing this good faith refund, we only ask that you assist us in the claim process. You may have to answer a few questions or fill out a short form from our delivery carrier so we can recover our losses. If, for some reason, our delivery carrier can prove that this claim is fraudulent you will be billed accordingly.

 

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes. We offer the following expedited shipping methods during checkout..

  • US 3 Day (3 Business Days)
  • US 2 Day (2 Business Days)
  • US Overnight (1 Business Day)
  • International Economy (3-5 Business Days)
  • International Priority (1 -3 Business Days)

Are shipping dates guaranteed?

No.  We will not be held liable for delays in ground or express shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping provider delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our companies’ direct control.  However, if an express shipment does not arrive in the alloted amount of time we will file a service claim on your behalf and attempt to recover shipping costs.

 

How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping costs vary greatly and are determined by the shipping method, the weight of the items, and the shipping destination.  Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout so you can select your ideal shipping method. Once you add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart you can simply enter your zip code and our system will estimate the shipping costs before you enter any information.

 

Can I specify a shipping carrier for my order?

No, we will determin the most viable shipping carrier for your order. 

 

Do I have to sign for my order?

No, You can select the option to sign for your package during checkout, but in most cases, it is not a requirement.  If your order is large enough to require a pallet and must be delivered by a freight company, then you are required to provide signature upon delivery.

 

Can an order be shipped to another address?

Yes and you can also ship to multiple addresses. However we will contact you to verify any pertenant information. This is simply an additional layer of security for our customers. 

 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes.  Use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart during checkout.  If your country is not in the list, please email us your shipping address and item(s) you wish to order.  We will email you a shipping quote.  Please plan on your order taking 2-5 days longer to reach you as it crosses international borders.  We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs inspection in your country.

 

Who pays the added fees for international orders?

You are solely responsible for all tariffs, VAT charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc relating to your order. Failure to do so may delay your order or result in non-refundable shipping costs.


How are duties and taxes calculated for international orders?

The governments of the destination country determine the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and taxes that should be charged for the products being imported into the country. These greatly vary by country, type of product being imported and where the product was manufactured.
