Is my item under warranty?

Yes, if you purchased your item directly from Bubble Inflatables your items carry a 30 day limited warranty from the day your item is delivered. This covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

 

How do I obtain a return authorization?

You must get a Return Authorization from Bubble Inflatables to return any item to us. This includes all returned merchandise for a refund and warranty claims. If items are returned to Bubble Inflatables without authorization they will be rejected. Bubble Inflatables is not responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. We do not, under any circumstance, refund the initial shipping charges. We are charged to ship the item to you. Once the item is shipped we cannot recover those funds.

  1. Provide complete contact information including phone number
  2. Provide your order number if you still have one
  3. Provide the reason for the return or warranty claim
  4. Wait for email instructions on what to do next (you must follow these instructions to validate your return, if the email does not show up in you email inbox please check your bulk/junk mail folder).
