2. Upon completion and review we will email you online access to our pricing and product information.
3. We will also mail you order forms and brochures.

5. Fill out, sign and send the Wholesale Distributor Application to us in one of the following ways.

Bubble Inflatables Wholesale Procedures

1. Fill out the Wholesale Distributor Inquiry Form.
2. Once approved you will receive a virtual welcome packet with images, brochures, order forms, etc.
3. You simply fill out our dynamic order form and email it to us.
4. We will contact you with a shipping quote (you can also arrange frieght pickup or we can use your common carrier account for your orders).
5. You confirm your order and shipping.
6. We send you an order confirmation and ship your order. It's that simple!

More Wholesale Information

1. We offer multiple shipping methods both domestically and internationally. We will arrange shipping for you or allow you to route shipping yourself. Let's just say we are flexible and what you to get the most affordable price on freight!
2. Orders placed for 3-Day Express, 2-Day Express, Overnight, Intl. Economy or Intl. Priority must be placed by 1:00 PM MDT. Please refer to our Wholesale Terms and Conditions for more information on shipping.
3. Wholesale orders cannot be returned. Please refer to our Wholesale Terms and Conditions for more information on returns.
4. Our items DO NOT carry a warranty. We provide you with a 3% defective allowance for any defects that might arise. You will be responsible for your own warranty policy. We will provide detail upon request on what we have done in the past for our own retail orders. (We suggest a 60 day warranty from the date of purchase on manufactures defects. Manufacturers defects are defects in craftsman ship and include: seam splits and air valve malfunctions. It should not include any cuts, abrasions or punctures. Our products are inflate tested for 24 hours before they are packaged so defects should come at a minimum. The defective allowance is to cover any manufacture's defects that might arise.) 5. You must agree to the Bubble Inflatables Wholesale Terms and Conditions to become an approved Wholesale Vendor. Our Wholesale Terms and Conditions contain all information about warranties, returns, defects, shipping procedures and fees.
