Accounts and Changes Bubble Inflatables reserves the right to cancel/terminate accounts at their discression. Reason for termination may include late payments, inactivity, breach of contract or failure to comply to our terms and conditions. Bubble Inflatables reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Distributors are responsible to keep themselves familiar with our policies. |

Payment Terms Initial orders under $1000.00 USD must be prepaid. After initial order net 30 days upon approval. We also gladly accept money orders, checks, wire transfers and credit cards. For initial orders over $1000.00 you must pay half up front and half upon delivery. For all future orders net 30 days upon approval. |

Minimum Order Bubble Inflatables requires a minimum order of $250.00 USD for all wholesale orders. |

Inventory Bubble Inflatables inventory is subject to change without notice. Items stock and inventory levels change dynamically. We cannot guarantee inventory or restock dates. Large orders generally take 60-70 days to ship. If we cannot fill your order we will offer alternative colors or give you the opportunity to wait for our next shipment of inventory. |

Shipping Bubble Inflatables ships F.O.B. via common carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Any Number of Freight Carriers) from Bozeman, MT. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses. We will contact you within 2 business days after you place an order with a shipping quote. We will allow you to arrange pickup and we will also allow wholesale distributors to use their common carrier account number for smaller orders. |

Shipping Damages Bubble Inflatables will cover shipping damages by the shipping carrier if the items were shipped with our selected shipping service. If you choose to use your account for shipping or arrange freight pickup you will be responsible for dealing with your selected company on any damages during the shipping process. *Orders Shipped Non-Freight: (or by FedEx, UPS, USPS) - If you receive packages that are damaged you must immediately contact the carrier indicated on the shipping label. You must request the package(s) be picked due to damage during shipping. We will gladly assist you in this process. Providing us with photos may allow us to ship out and replace the damaged items. The carrier will pick up the merchandise and inspect it for damage and eventually return the items back to us. This must be done within three (3) days of receiving the package(s). *Orders Shipped Freight: (or on a pallet by a semi or truck) - When the order arrives you must inspect and sign for the items. If the items appear to be damaged you can refuse the entire shipment or you can have the driver mark down the damaged items on the shipping invoice. The driver will give you a receipt showing the damaged items. If you decide to keep the items you must take photos of the damaged package(s) for proof or keep the package(s) separate for further inspection. We will replace the damaged package(s) once we have verified that the item(s) were in fact damaged. NOTE: If you arrange shipping you are primarily responsible for dealing with damages. If we arrange shipping we are responsible. Bubble Inflatables will do everything in our power to assist you when dealing with any type of shipping damage whether it is our company of choice or yours. We are here to help! |

Order Tracking Our common carrier (FedEX, UPS, USPS or Freight) or your carrier will provide tracking information for each and every shipment. Small non-freight orders will directly be emailed to you once they leave our facility if you choose to use our shipping services. Freight PRO numbers can take a day or two to receive. if you decide to arrange pickup or use your shipping company you will be responsible for obtaining the tracking information. |

Warranty Bubble Inflatables does not provide a warranty on our products to your customer. You are responsible for providing a warranty (if any) on the items you distribute from Bubble Inflatables. This means if a customer buys directly from you they are bound by your warranty policy. We will not warranty any items sold by you to your customers. Bubble Inflatables provides all wholesale distributors with a defective allowance of 3% of the order total. This defective allowance is provided to cover any defective items you might receive. Bubble Inflatables products are inflate tested for 24 hours before packaging. This process is very effective in detecting any type of manufacturer's defect. Even though we inflate test and have made multiple design improvements throughout the years there is still the chance of a defective item making it into the marketplace. |

Returns/Package Refusals/Refunds Bubble Inflatables does not offer returns on wholesale orders. If you refuse a shipment and have it returned back to us you will be charged for the return shipping. In addition you will be charged a 20% restocking fee unless you decide to have the order reshipped. You will still be responsible for return shipping and shipping of the order back to your facility. |

Order Errors & Changes Shipping error costs will be charged to you in all cases except those that occur as a direct result of our processing procedures. Shipping errors include shipment refusals, incorrect address, address changes, order changes and failed delivery attempts. Charges incurred from shipping mistakes include return postage/freight costs, address change/correction, costs for refused shipments, costs for lost shipments and any costs for reshipment. If an item is returned to us for any reason previously stated you will be charged following Returns/Refusals/Refunds above. Changes can only be made if your order has not been picked up by our delivery carrier. If your address or information is entered incorrectly you are responsible for any charges incurred. |

Canceled Orders In an effort to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible Bubble Inflatables processes orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders are usually shipped the same business day (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - excluding National Holidays). Items are picked up by our delivery carriers multiple times each business day. If an order is canceled after it has been processed (meaning the label(s) have been printed, it has been boxed/pallatized and is on a shipping dock waiting for a delivery carrier) Bubble Inflatables will only issue a partial refund. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted for all canceled orders that are refunded to a customer after being processed. If an item has already been shipped the order can not be canceled. If an order has not been packed/processed for shipment we will not charge you a 20% restocking fee. |

Large/Custom Orders Large orders consist of orders that cannot be filled directly by our domestic warehouse. These orders are usually funded by Bubble Inflatables and shipped directly to your facility. You agree not to cancel any large orders Bubble Inflatables funds for your company. Custom Orders consist of ordering items that are not normally manufactured by Bubble Inflatables. This can include different product designs and different product colors. These items were strictly made for an individual or company. You agree not to cancel any custom orders Bubble Inflatables funds for you or your company. |

Shipment Delays All Bubble Inflatables customers agree not to hold Bubble Inflatables liable for delays in ground, express or freight shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping provider delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Bubble Inflatables's direct control. Ground service delivery times are never guaranteed and all customers agree to never hold Bubble Inflatables liable for any shipping delays, exemptions, or rescheduled deliveries. Bubble Inflatables shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our shipping providers. Bubble Inflatables will always act to make sure that any distribution difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Bubble Inflatables be liable for any consequential damages or direct damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. |
